Teaching Breaking & Dance In Diverse Environments

Mark brings breaking and dance education to diverse environments including post-secondary institutions, K-12 schools, at-risk communities, studios and private classes.

His adaptive teaching style connects with students of all backgrounds and experience levels, sharing foundation, history, mentality and creative exploration leading to self-actualization. Mark continues to expand his teaching approach by learning from pioneers and other dance educators. Through guest lectures, workshops, and residencies, Mark offers students the tools to develop their own voice while honoring breaking’s cultural roots. His approach balances tradition with innovation and a personal flair, creating engaging learning experiences that speak to the unique audience & their needs while building a sense of empowerment and excitement to see the possibilities in movement, utilizing proven techniques and processes.
